Booking
Please call or email to make an appointment. If we are closed please either leave a voicemail or you can also book online via the website. If there is no reply please be patient as I'm most likely busy with a client. I will reply to you as soon as I am able to give you my undivided attention.
Allergy Alert Test
Some treatments require a skin test 48hrs before your treatment. Please ensure you book in for a skin test if in doubt please ask.
Consultations
Colour consultations take about 15-30 minutes for new clients and will be charged at £20. This is redeemable against your colour when you book.
Payment & Booking Fees
I accept cash, card or bank transfer only. All payments must be made before I leave. Darlings Beauty reserves the right to ask for payment upfront for any products or services.
Wedding Bookings
A trial is mandatory for the bride only.
A booking fee of £100 will be required to secure your trial and your date within 7 days of our telephone call. This will come off your final amount should you choose to book with me. The remainder of the balance will need to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your wedding date or on the day of your trial if your wedding date is less than 6 weeks away. Depending on the weddings location travel costs may also be added on top. If you need to cancel the booking fee is ONLY fully refundable up until 6 weeks before the wedding. If you need to reschedule your trial due to illness then I require minimum 48 hours notice.If any less than this then you may lose your booking fee. If for any reason I am unable to carry out the booking I will either find you a suitable replacement or I will refund you. If you have any questions then please contact me.
Hen/Party Bookings
A booking fee of 50% of the total will be required to secure your booking with the remainder of the balance to be paid on the day.Depending on the location travel costs may also be added on top. If you need to cancel the booking fee is ONLY fully refundable up until 3 weeks before the hen/party booking. If you want to reschedule you may do so for free but please understand that during peak times it may not be possible to reschedule to your new chosen date so please give as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. If for any reason I am unable to carry out the booking I will either find you a suitable replacement or I will refund you.

Booking Fee
All services are now subject to a booking fee which is now required to secure your appointment. To keep this as fair as posssible treatments under £10 will be 50%. £10-£30 will be £10. Over £30 will be 50%. Booking fees are non refundable but if you need to cancel or reschedule with 48hrs notice it will be carried over to your next appointment. If cancelling within 48hrs of your appointment time a new booking fee will be required.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required should you need to cancel, reschedule or substantially alter your appointment. If cancelled within 48hrs your booking fee will not roll over. Cancellation within 24hrs will incur a 50% charge of the total appointment cost payable before any service/s will be carried out. Darlings Beauty reserves the right to ask for full payment of any service/s before they are carried out.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more 15mins after your appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment or we may not have enough to time to fulfill your appointment. Obviously we will stll try to accomodate you the best we can where possible but the full cost of your appointment will still be payable.
No Shows
If you do not cancel but fail to attend an appointment 100% of the full appointment cost will be charged. If you fail to attend an appointment 3 times you will no longer be allowed to make a reservation.
Refund Policy
Products
All products may be returned within 7 days of purchase complete with all packaging undamaged and unopened. Refunds will be issued within 7 days.
Services
If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of your therapist and follow the complaints procedure (detailed below). We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Complaints Procedure
It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the services they receive with Darlings Beauty. However, we recognise that on occasion things can go wrong. If this does happen, we will try to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises how best to bring things to our attention if you are not happy about a service you have received.
We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate action is taken to prevent a recurrence.
The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with your therapist. They will listen to your concerns carefully and do what they can to correct any problems.

Please provide as much detail as possible , including details of your treatment, date and time of your appointment and your exact complaint.
Your complaint will be assessed and we will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint in writing.
