Please call or emial to make an appointment. If we are closed please either leave a voicemail or you can also book online via the website. If there is no reply please be patient as I'm most likely busy with a client. I will reply to you as soon as I am able to give you my undivded attention.Please note my minimum call out charge is now £20.
Colour consulattions take about 15-30mins for new clients and will be charged at £20. This is redeemable against your colour when you book.
Payment & Booking Fees
I accept cash, card or bank transfer only. All payments must be made before I leave. Darlings Beauty resreves the right to ask for payment upfront for any products or services.

Working Hours & Areas

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 24 hours' notice is required if you wish to substantially alter your appointment otherwise you may be charged.
All products may be returned within 7 days of purchse complete with all packaging undamaged and unopened. Refunds will be issued within 7 days.
If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to the attention of your therapist and folow the complaints procedure (detailed below). We do not give refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the services they receive with Darlings Beauty. However, we recgnise that on occasion things can go wrong. If this does happen, we will try to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises how best to bring things to our attention if you are not happy about a service you have received.
We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate action is taken to prevent a recurrence.
The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with your therapist. They will listen to your concerns carefully and do what they can to correct any problems.

Your complaint will be assessed and we will get back to you within 48 hours of recieving your complaint in writing.
